social and educational foundation dedicated to working with families to develop the tools they need for self-reliant futures.
Through English language and environmental education programs, NatureKids collaborates with families to bring viable and affordable education to communities throughout Costa Rica. We currently operate one school in the remote coastal town of Drake Bay
on the Osa Peninsula.
Our school offers daily English and computing courses to 60 local students. The foundation also spearheads environmental programs that include recycling initiatives and environmental workshops and activities. Our goal is to prepare the students with the skill set they need to take part in the tourism industry in a region where few other opportunities exist.
