Our highly qualified flight school is dedicated to theoretic and practical formation of professionals in the aviation industry. Aerotica is a national leader in flight education that offers modern coursework, flight training and an FAA-approved Modular Flight Deck simulator to help you meet all requirements for your private or commercial pilot certification.
Since it was founded in 1960, Aerotica has perfected its course work to provide the highest quality of training for the pilots of tomorrow. The theoretical coursework complies with Civil Aviation (DGAC) requirements and prepares the students for all factors that come into play during flight, preparing them to begin their flight hours.
Once coursework is completed (total duration of 8 moths if taken consecutively) and DGAC approval received, the student must complete the following requirements:
- 50 flight hours to become Private Pilot.
- 160 hours to qualify as a Commercial Pilot.
- 40* flight hours of Instrument Flight Rules (half of the hours may be completed on the school’s flight simulator).
