The Club del Mar Costa Rica hotel and Condominium is nestle in a quiet cove surrounded by mature gardens at the South End of Jaco Beach. A tropical rainforest serves as backdrop, and gentle waves tumble to a safe beach.

This beach front property has been protected and nourished by Phillip and Marilyn Edwardes for almost a decade.

The resort consist of 4 single bedrooms condominium (casitas), 18 tow bedroom condominium, and 8 room boutique hotel with 1 penthouse suite, restaurant, bar, tour desk, and health spa.

Each condominium has an ocean view designed to provide the concept indoor / outdoor living in harmony with the surroundings. Handicap friendly units are available.

Special care has bee given to preserving the mature trees that grace this fantastic paradise.

The focus is water sports. Ninety meters of beach front provides safe swimming, body surfing and boogie boarding. Located just steps from the surf is a tropical swimming pool with a social area that is surrounded by Costa Rica flora and fauna, a lap area, and a separate kiddies area for children and grandchildren.

Towering mature trees give shade, and gentle ocean breeze ensure a temperature for an afternoon nap. These cozy condominiums provide a strong connection to nature.

The tow bedroom, tow baths single level units have high ceilings, 1100 square feet of condition living space, 8 foot doors, louvered windows, spacious gathering area, and sleeping accomodation for six. All rooms and condominiums were furnished by award wining interior decorators.
